Professional Overview

Ms. Hayes has been involved with complex regional projects for over three decades, including highways, mass transit, bridges, tunnels, airports, cargo ports, freight corridors, and toll roads. Assignments ranged from concept development through project completion, including planning, designing, funding, project delivery, and, most importantly, political and community acceptance, emphasizing job creation, environmental justice, and local benefits. Her extensive network of contacts with local, state, and federal government levels has enabled her to work through many complex issues. She has developed a reputation as an active problem solver to promote resolutions that best serve all parties, striving for mutually beneficial outcomes. She is known for looking at obstacles, finding opportunities in the challenges, and remaining focused on delivering solutions that will benefit future generations without sacrificing short-term needs. She understands the significance of delivering on promises made and is proud of her track record of success.

 

With a background in fiction writing, she brings a unique perspective to winning messaging by focusing on positive storytelling. She has worked with hundreds of teams to understand specific clients’ needs and how to present qualifications that stand above the competition.
